Start with your outer life.   You need to spend more time alone and quiet in your mind if you're using The Law of Attraction.   You might prefer journaling to meditation.   Yoga, which is either meditative or strenuous, may be preferred to sitting still to achieve a focussed intention.   For some, nothing short of a full-body workout can achieve that. You may feel an urgency if you're a woman or man in midlife.   If you're still working full time, you may worry that you will not have enough time to spend with your spouse or grandchildren when they arrive.   You might want to start the daily time that you set aside to improve your Law of Attraction skills by making a list of external things you would like to have more of.   Money, time and space, nutrition, mobility are all things that can be improved in a holistic way.
